Shipping & Return Policy

U.S. Same-Day Shipping

  • Orders received by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time (PT) ship the same business day via major U.S. carriers.

  • Orders received after the cut-off, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will ship the next business day.

Returns & Service (RMA Required)

To request a refund, exchange, or repair, please obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from an OptioConnect Sales & Service representative before sending any items back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued after OptioConnect receives and inspects the returned items.

  • Please allow approximately 5 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exchanges

  • If the replacement unit is in stock, it ships within 1 business day.

  • If out of stock, OptioConnect will bring a replacement unit into inventory for expedited compliance/testing and will expedite shipment of the tested unit to its final production location.

Repairs (Within Warranty Period)

  • Repair service is available for most items (excluding consumables) during the applicable warranty period.

  • Repaired items are dispatched after testing and verification.

  • If the warranty period has expired, repairs may still be available for a fee on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility Windows

  • Refunds/Exchanges: Submit the return request within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • Repairs: Submit the repair request within the applicable warranty period.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returnable and within an authorized warranty period to qualify for OptioConnect’s return services.

  • For eligibility and warranty term details, consult the OptioConnect Product Warranty via your Sales & Service representative and/or the documents provided with your order and shipment.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact OptioConnect Sales & Service to obtain an approved RMA.

  2. Include the RMA number on the shipping label and in the box.

  3. Return items in original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
